Friday! A very cold Friday.
Here is the plan for today:
Period 1-Music with Mrs. Haynes.
Period 2 -Reader's Writers' Workshop - student choice. I'm hoping to write our sweet paragraphs on Google Drawing, complete with pictures.
Period 3 and 4 is Math. We'll play a whole class game of Multiplication Bingo. Then we'll use the chromebooks and play on Multiplication.com or Prodigy to brush up on our facts...next week we'll be diving into division!
Period 5 and 6 I'm going to call 'STEM' challenge. The kids really enjoyed our 'who can build the strongest paper bridge' challenge earlier this week. Today I'll challenge them to see who can build a catapult that throws a pom pom the furthest. They'll only be able to use popsicle sticks and elastic bands.
