Here is the plan for today! (Monday Schedule)
Period 1 is reader's workshop. The lesson focuses on how to read 'fiction' books with fluency.
Period 2 is writer's workshop. We'll write our persuasive paragraphs in 'good copy' on the chromebooks.
Period 3 is Math. We'll start our new math unit on linear measurement. We'll do some work on the smartboard, comparing cm's, mm's, and m's and KM's.
Period 4 we'll answer some questions on Math Prodigy.
Period 5 is Music with Mrs. Haynes.
Period 6 we'll work on creating awesome paper airplanes in preparation for a competition we'll have another day (where we measure how far they travel).
NOTE: Please pay attention to the HDSB website to see if we're in school tomorrow with the impending storm.
