Here is the plan for today:
Period 1 -Red light, read aloud (Finish The Tale of Desperaux). I am also planning on doing a little VCe (Vowel, consonant, 'e') review (the silent E).
Period 2 I want to do a class wide Blooket on the Tale of Desperaux book. Then give the kids some time to work on the chromebooks to start our next math unit on 2D shapes.
Period 3 If it's nice outside we'll head outside.
Period 4 is Music with Mrs. Haynes.
Period 5 and 6 we'll cruise into the weekend by watching the movie version of The Tale of Desperaux...which is not nearly as good as the book.
