Ahh...the day after Halloween.
The late nights, the sugar, the wind! The perfect storm!
I'm going to keep my expectations low today...and try to survive...maybe even have some fun.
Period 1 we're going to do our monthly desk swap (which also winds the kids up). After that I'm going to attempt to teach a quick lesson on the exceptions to the 'magic e' rule....words like: give, live, have, come, done, love, none and some.
Period 2 I'm going to give them some time to work with a friend, or work alone on reading or writing.
Period 3 we'll review the attributes of 2D shapes. Hopefully get on the computers for a little.
Period 4 they have Mrs. Haynes.
Period 5 and 6 we'll do a quick little art activity and hopefully cruise into the weekend with some free time.
