Here is the plan for today:
Period 1 - Red light, read aloud, and more work on how characters (I've got a class script) can show emotion through dialogue.
Period 2- More using quotation marks properly work.
Period 3 -I found the math worksheet I misplaced yesterday (the kids seemed very happy about it yesterday), so we'll do that...tally marks and reading a graph.
Period 4 is Music.
Period 5 and 6 is Social Studies. We're going to design our own community (e.g., Cross-ville, in the Canadian Shield). They'll have to write and draw about the natural features (e.g., hills, forests, lakes) and human features (e.g., cabins, tourism). It should be fun.
