I'm not sure whats crazier....it's the second last day of May...OR...we're back to a regular teaching day, no swimming or eqao or track???
Here is the plan for today:
Period 1 -Read aloud, reader's workshop - focus on the difference between plots and themes...to help us gain a deeper understanding of fiction.
Period 2 -writer's workshop. We'll look at revisions, specifically using 'editor's marks' to help us correct our own work and the work of others.
Period 3 is gym with Mr. D.
Period 4 is math. We'll review some 2D and 3D shapes and answer some questions on prodigy.
Period 5 is computer buddies
Period 6 is free time...I hope to get them outside if it's nice.
