Here is the plan for today:
Period 1 -Reader's workshop - our mini lesson focused on using the dictionary to help us understand words...and picking the most appropriate definition (when there are multiple ones).
Period 2 -we're switching the schedule around to help the Grade 6's....so we have music.
Period 3 and 4 is math. We have a few different probability experiments to conduct....we'll continue to discuss theoretical vs experimental probability.
Period 5 we'll do writer's workshop. Our mini lesson will focus on looking at older EQAO booklets and using part of the questions to help us answer short answer questions.
Period 6 I'm hoping to look at the Heritage minute commercials that re-enact out Canada got it's name: https://www.historicacanada.ca/productions/minutes
