April 17th

Here is what today should look like, hopefully!

Period 1 Reader's workshop.  We'll read some Holes and come up with 5 great questions we have about the book (that will hopefully help some people with their letters).
Period 2 is writer's workshop.  We'll look at comparing and contrasting the movie and book of BFG.

Period 3 the Grade 4's are off to French.  The 3's will do some extra math practise on the chromebooks looking at these 3 websites:

Period 4 is math.  We'll be doing the next rotation (or 2) of our geometry centres we started yesterday.

Period 5 I'd like to take the kids outside to do some balancing activities.
Period 6 is Music with Mrs. Haynes.

NOTE:
-Mrs. Coric is sending home information about upcoming Health classes.
-Permission forms still needed for some of the Grade 3's for their April 23rd fieldtrip to Ireland House
-No school on Friday or Monday!
