Here is how today should look, hopefully!
Period 1 -we're going to do some math review/warm up for Red Light...and hopefully take it up as a class. Then we'll have reader's workshop. Today's mini lesson is on writing concise summaries of books.
Period 2 - we'll have our writer's workshop. The mini lesson will focus on setting 'dot goals' and working hard to achieve them.
Period 3 and 4 we have math. We'll try and finish up our 'Perimeter Creations' from last week. Then we'll talk a little about Area and play an 'area dice game'...sort of like this:

Period 5 I've left for finishing up any left over work/art.
Period 6 is music with Mrs. Haynes.
